I just wanted to let you all know this is one of the worst cleaning companies ever. The man and his helper who came here today did a half job nothing what your website bragged about. My bathroom fixtures was not wiped off, the mirror was half wiped down, My bedrooms was not dusted as promised, the beds were not made up, the window seals were not even looked at never the less touched! They didn't even sweep behind the bedroom doors!! I go downstairs to the kitchen and see that the microwave was not touched outside nor inside! My kitchen sink was used to rinse out their mop I know this because they didn't have the decency to clean it out after putting their nasty mop in my kitchen sink!!!! It does not look like my house was professionally cleaned. It looks the same as when my 11 yr old son calls himself cleaning! The man already told me my house was already clean so it wasn't too much more for them to do!!! When I bought these things to his attention he just shrugged his shoulders and asked "she didn't do that?" and said I'm sorry as he walks out the door!! I'm very dissatisfied with this service!! :-( Oh and by the way I heard the young lady ask him do he want her to leave a card 3 times then he finally said "If you want to." so that also tells me he knew he did a poor job before I bought anything to his attention!!!

This company (HomeSpa Cleaning Service) is CRAP and a SCAM . DO NOT USE-- they don't honor what you bought, and will tell you lies.

Will I ever learn and stop buying Groupon maid services? I think that this company finally convinced me that I should. I bought a package of 6 services. Online booking with 24-hour emailed reminders? Great. Love it. Perhaps they should also receive a reminder though...



For the first appointment, they were on time and very thorough. For the second appointment, although I received an emailed reminder, I also received an emailed cancellation email 15 minutes AFTER my appointment was to start. Something like "sorry, a last-minute emergency came up, we're canceling and will call you first thing Monday to reschedule." Of course I never received the promised call...



And then I received an email which stated that they were no longer keeping Saturday hours, although they would honor all previously booked Saturday appointments. Great, because mine were all previously booked for Saturdays.



Onto the 3rd appointment (which was the 2nd time someone actually showed up). I again received the 24-hour reminder but when no one showed up at or after the appointed time, I became worried so called the company. The owner called back and said that a supervisor (her cousin, I discovered) was on his was and he showed up somewhere around 30 minutes late. OK, fine. And he did a decent job cleaning except that my main concern was getting my floors cleaned. And they were not. He did a lot of talking to me, which was fine as he is a nice guy, but that put him behind, so between his talking and not bringing the right equipment (no mop????) I had to clean my floors myself. Not the greatest.



So Saturday was to be my 3rd visit. I again received the confirmation that my appointment is for 9. Curiously, this email says "[t]imes selected are an estimate and not an approximate time of arrival." As far as I know, "estimate" and "approximate" mean relatively the same thing. And no one showed. And cannot reach anyone at the office. And have, for the 2nd time, completely arranged my day around this no-show cleaning company. You know who I bet I can reach? Groupon.

Most importantly, GREAT customer service. They did a thorough cleaning and speak English. I am very pleased with this service.

Great cleaning service. Love the aromatherapy used when they clean. I got this deal off of groupon last month.The cleaners are great and speak english! House looks great. I will def use them again.
