Actually, they deserve 0 stars. They sent a previousely opened (not factory sealed) item which was defective. I think the item was previousely sold and returned to them because it was defective. I had to pay their S/H to me, then I had to pay postage back to them. And according to my credit card company they short changed me on my refund. I think they are sleezy and pathetic with their "explanations". "Customer service?" Big joke! Stay away from that sleezy, pathetic outfit.
