I stayed at Hill Crest Park Condominiums for about three years. And they have very poor management. Out of the three years they had a high turnover in office management. The condos have a great look inside is what sold me on the unit. However, you can hear the neighbors talk, walk, play music if you are living up stairs or down. The parking has gotten horrible during my stay. I ask the management on several accounts to repair things inside of the apartment that they never did such as the floors from a hot water heater leak. When I renewed my lease I was promised that they would shampoo the carpets which they never did. When I moved out it was the worst they would not give my security deposit back. The owner is saying I painted the walls a different color in fact the previous renters did so, and they are saying they had to replace the carpet. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere because you will not be happy or give good customer services. I would have though I would have recieve better service. I paid my rent on time every month, and never gave them any problems took very good care of the unit, and even donated/left them with a working washer/dryer.
