Horrible customer service for all the Hertz rental locations around the metro. Needed to exchange a car for a low tire. Had my child with me. Had to add air in it every day because no cars available. No offers to accommodate. Rude on the phone. Bad all the way around. Would not refer this company to anyone.

My partner rented a small car for the week because her current car is dying. They gave us a car with a tag that expired during the week. When I alerted the Hertz folks to this, they told us to bring the car back. We did. My partner had to take a 1/2 day off to do so. Instead of apologizing & offering some financial restitution for our trouble, they said they would have to charge us money to fill up the gas, because we didn't bring the car back with a full tank! Amazing.
