I am extremely disappointed with hertz. I used Priceline to rent a car and was charged $11 per day. When I arrived to the hertz counter I was then offered an upgrade for an additional $4 a day. Instead of my total being $15 a day it was $26. I was charged the full $15 a day for the upgrade, instead of the extra $4. When I called hertz I was advised by Diandra that "it's my fault and there is nothing she could do for me." I then asked for a supervisor and was told " they are all in a meeting." I proceeded to tell her I would hold and she advised that was unacceptable and disconnected our call. Now I've worked in customer service for many years and hanging up on a customer was never an option, unless the customer was irate and using profanity, which I wasn't. On top of being wrongly advised I was told I'm at fault and then further insulted by being hung up on completely unacceptable customer service.

I am extremely dissapointed! We reserved the car ahead of time to avoid delays however, after flying for 6 hours and getting to Atlanta by midnight, the Hertz representative said we had to wait for 4 HOURS to get the car because they were over booked!!!

Every single person I dealt with at this location was extremely nice and professional. Outstanding experience!
