I want you to know that the addition of Nada London to our team has been a blessing.Nada is personable; she arrives on time and is always well prepared for our meetings. She brings great ideas to our attention, along with competitive pricing on services we are looking into. Through your well run organization, she is able to leverage contractors to get better pricing on our projects.As we finished our meeting this past Sunday she was ready to walk the property to get a first hand look at some of the improvements we are looking at doing.
When she sets time lines and informs us that she will be getting back to us with information; she does it. Her follow up and detail is impeccable.Thank you for taking the time to read a few of the many qualities that we see in Nada London

I am 47 and retired early, but when I worked I was the Vice President of a property and asset management for a large real estate developer in Chicago and was responsible for over 5000 units. I want you to know, that I am so impressed in how your management company has kept this property looking so good. The landscaping guys are here all the time and it is just beautiful. In the last 5 years I have dealt with at least 10 different employees who work at Heritage, mainly Morris, and I feel that all of them have shown a genuine interest, great follow thru, a friendly attitude. Everything that it takes to keep Heritage on top of the property management world.

Provided by YP.comThe Winthrope Park Community transitioned to Heritage Property Management starting in April this year. I wanted to express our thanks and recognition for all of the hard work that our community manager- Robin Steinkritz has contributed. We have had several issues to deal with during the transition including major pool repairs. Robin has worked with us the whole time including responding to e-mails over the weekends and helping us address our collection issues. I think the board now truly understands what a 'top tier' property management company brings to the table. I think we would have moved earlier if understood the difference.

Provided by YP.comHeritage’s Board training is well worth attending, especially if you are new. They provided a nice little packet with helpful information. I’d also encourage everyone to familiarize yourselves with EDGE as it’s a great tool for us with very pertinent information. Several documents, including contracts, financial, etc. reside there. I have to say that I think our neighborhood is in pretty good shape thanks to Heritage!

Provided by YP.comThe training was excellent! Heritage is such a top notch professional management company, and I am so glad that Cannon Gate has your services. Also, we were able to pick up a couple of training manuals for Kay and Tom. It was very informative and beneficial, and the trainers had a lot of property management experience which they passed on to us.

I also spoke with Warren regarding my need for a key to the fitness center. He had one delivered to me in a matter of hours. As a new owner at The Willows these encounters have made me confident that any problems will be given just and swift attention.

Provided by YP.comI am one of those unfortunate owners who purchased a condo in the height of the real estate boom. Now with the way the economy is, I will be here for a while.
When I purchased my unit, my building was being managed by another management company that did not care about us as owners, they couldn't account for funds and come to find out, there was an extremely high delinquency rate.
Once Heritage Property Management stepped in and started managing, that all changed. The manager was able to change the morale of all of us who were feeling ""stuck"" because of the economy.
Through a series of steps the Property Manager turned the Homeowners Association around by really starting to collect on past due fees. In a matter of two and a half years, the Association went from having no money to having over $100k in a reserve account to plan for the future. All while reducing the number of delinquent owners to less than 5% from 80% where it was in the beginning.
Every person that I have spoken with at Heritage has been professional and courteous. Any type of question I ask them, they quickly have an answer and a resolution, if needed. I find comfort in knowing that if there is a problem, all I have to do is call and I am going to get someone on the phone and the problem will be handled.
Based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone that asks.
I'd recommend Heritage Property to any homeowner.
