I wanted to drop you guys a quick note regarding the new shelving Mike Foxley has built in the La France maintenance closet.

The shelving far exceeded my expectations and has improved the functionality of the room in the way of space and organization.

Please extend our thanks. Mike has been an asset to the team and is a great ambassador for Heritage.

Barbara has been very clear and concise regarding what Heritage should do and what responsibilities are ideally yours. She's been proactive and very responsive. I'm really impressed and I just started the role a few days ago. I've heard our past contact wasn't that quick to respond. I manage a 250 M business with 500 employees. Good ones are really hard to find and I don't take that fact for granted. You have a good one in Barbara. Just wanted you to know.

Thank you for doing what others before you had resisted. It’s been 3 weeks today that the repair to the exterior front corner brick of our townhouse has been completed. It is my pleasure to say that the contractors that were here did a very professional job. They respected the surrounding landscape and clearly were experienced and artisan masons. The repair is starting to blend in with the old look and I am happy to report that I am very satisfied with the exterior brick repair. Iraci, Thank you for doing what others before you had resisted. I truly appreciate the effort you gave our situation.

Just a note of thanks from my household to all of you. I am so thankful for all that you have been able to accomplish on behalf of our community. Things are looking so wonderful and every time I turn around something new and better is happening in our neighborhood. I have been meaning to write this email for months, I'm sorry it has taken me this long. In the years that I have lived here it is my opinion that this is the most productive HOA board assembled and I am thankful to all of you for your efforts. I also wanted to share that I continue to hear positive feedback one neighbor to another about the continued improvement of our neighborhood and how lovely things are looking. I am looking forward to a wonderful summer season and assisting in any way that I can to make that happen. Thank you all for the countless hours you spend while balancing everything else that you have on your plates it has not gone unnoticed I assure you!

Joy, thanks for you remarks. I think your suggestion will work. Your List of issues is certainly a tremendous improvement from the past and I am certain the rest of the Board will agree with this.

The staff at Heritage was very helpful, professional and courteous. They processed our application very quickly and got us an answer within 24 hours. I would like to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction with Heritage Property Management. Since October of last year I have lived on beautiful little Lake Venesia just off of March Lane in Stockton. The condominiums around this little lake were built in 1984 and are as cute as bug’s ears. They are all due for a little TLC which Debbie Hamer and her staff at Heritage Property Management are attending to systematically. I love this little place. They just don’t build ’m like this any more folks. So far I have found Debbie and everyone at HPM just great to work with they have attended to repairs in a timely manner, with courtesy and professionalism. Living with a lake in your immediate back yard is awesome and I am spoiled for life. However when you live with such a great view it means you have no fences between properties to spoil that view it also means that certain accommodations and considerations need to be made with regard to your neighbors. People back east have been doing this for years (non fenced back yards). We all share this wonderful view with no boundaries but it requires a little extra effort not to infringe upon your neighbors privacy. The area bordering the lake and behind the condominiums is not public property and as a such it is not the appropriate place to pitch a tent or set up a bounce house castle (15’X15’X19’) squeezed between two trees and breaking their branches, there just isn’t the room for it. It is amazing to me that anyone would need to be told this.
