Very disappointed - They handled the closing on my re-fi.
We used the cash out to close several credit cards and we received (2) checks written to accounts that had already been paid off. The total for the (2) checks was $617. I notified them about the mix-up. They never responded.

When I called Steve to resolve his V-mail says to email the info. I emailed ~ 8 times - no response.
