Happy Hookah has been my #1 favorite vape shop for 3yrs. Thanks to the staffs knowledgable suggestions, It only took me six months to officially become an ex-cigarette smoker of ten years! I have purchased over a dozen vapes from Happy Hookah, upgrades for myself and gifts for friends. The two very cool guys who own the shop are frequently in house and have gone above and beyond to honor their promise to repair any issues with my devices. More often then not, the issues are minor operator errors (I should actually read the manuals sometime LOL) but the staff so kindly shows me how to correct the issues (without any judgie side eyes or condesending sighs.) Vape/Hookah shops have multiplied rapidly over the past few years but I continue giving my business to Happy Hookah because their selection exceeds the demand and their prices are competitive. They also have a widespread variety of Kratom (more strains then I can count, maybe more than 50) plus they keep up on the new new CBD oil brands and intake methods. Last but not least, I think it’s very important to express that I have never witnessed the staff to be racist or discrimitory towards any customers (and I’m in the shop often because it’s nearby my workplace and I collect e-liquid flavors.) On rare occasions, I have seen a staff member politely but firmly ask a disruptive individual to exist the shop but in my opinion, it was to protect the safety of the customers and ensure a relaxing shopping experience. I appreciated it and I highly recommend Happy Hookah for all of your smoke shop needs.

The individual (post from 3/4/2013) ask if Happy-Hookah could service his hookah. Management asked for a receipt to show proof of purchase from Happy-Hookah. The individual did not have a receipt and as a result management declined to repair the individuals hookah, it was found that Happy-Hookah had never sold the type of hookah the individual brought in for repair. Afterwards the individual asked if Happy-Hookah could offer a reduced price on a new hookah, again management declined to offer a discount on a new hookah. Policies set forth by Happy-Hookah explain that any hookah bought from Happy-Hookah comes with free repair, if repair cannot be completed, a customer will be offered a discount on a new hookah from Happy-Hookah, all with a receipt showing proof of purchase of the original hookah. Happy-Hookah does not and will not service hookahs purchased from an outside vendor or competitor. Happy-Hookah also does not accept any returns on any pipes, including hookahs, purchased from Happy-Hookah to comply with state laws. Management can be contacted during normal business hours at 404-223-0300 for any questions related to this policy, just leave your name and contact information for a return call if no one is available for assistance.

While we try our best to assist our customers as much as possible, there are times Happy-Hookah cannot due to store policies and state compliance. Happy-Hookah will also not assist any person whom is combative or demeaning to any Happy-Hookah staff member, and as such the individual will be asked to leave.

Fantastic prices and quality! This is one of the best smokeshops I've seen in a while. Changed my life!

You would be a fool to step inside of this establishment. The owner is very rude and nasty. He called his customers out of their names and will ask you to "get the fuck out' if you slightly question the quality of his cheaply made stock. ALL of his hookahs are over priced and cheaply made. The owner is also a racists. He also sells products to the homeless across the street where it is heavily impacted with drug usage. This place just need to be closed down. Its a poor establishment. Now, there are other amazing hookah stores I would definitely recommend such as Hookah Hook Up, Hookah Connection, and Hookah Cru but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! You Will be VERY disappointed. POOR POOR Establishment and the OWNER is the worst! You have been warned.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

If you have any type of opinion about their business they will immediately kick you out. You do not even have to cuss or yell, just expressing the way you feel calmly is disrespectful to them. EMOTIONAL STAFF MEDIOCRE PRODUCTS> GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

This place has pretty good priced shisha tobacco and coals compared to Little Five Points locations and other smoke shops. Starbuzz is on the high side so I just stick with Fantasia. The guys know what they're talking about and they always recommend flavors based on what you're looking for.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I just left happy hookah . After being told to bring my hookah in to be fixed for free of charge I brought my hookah in. I tried to explain the problem to the "owner" he then blamed us for it being broken saying quote "how do I know you brought it here".. We then asked if we could then get a deal on a new hookah and he refused to help in anyway . A feiend then told him that he was intrested in buying a hookah in the near furture he didnt care. After getting nowhere we shared words he kicked us out saying quote "i dont want your business stay out when you leave" We always say great things to our friends about this shop but never again will refer anyone to purchase anything from this store again. I'm highly upset
