Over the years, my hair has become noticeably thinner. I found HRS on a billboard while driving home from work. I gave them a call. Setting up the appointment was easy. I now have my hair back and it looks so natural as if it has been there my whole entire life! I highly recommend HRS!

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to getting results. I just went in for a follow-up from my procedure that was 7 months ago and I was amazed at the pictures of my hair loss before my procedure. I am glad I made the decision to visit HRS.

I really believe people should always go for HRS when is about hair! I had issues for a long time when I started losing hair and did not know of any other better place that could treat me great, give me excellent service and actually help me recover my natural hair. My friend had the same issues and decided to share with me his secret and since then I am happy he recommended me HRS. They gave me a new hair and now I am a new man!

I couldn't believe how professional and friendly this staff was. They did not try to hard-sell me in my consultation and they had room for me on the schedule to get my procedure a few weeks after my first visit. I feel really good about my appearance now thanks to HRS and my new hair.

I was curious to find out more about hair restoration so I went in for a consultation and HRS was the perfect solution for my hair problems. The staff was very friendly and informative. They gave me all the information that I needed to make sure that I was well informed and satisfied with my choice. They made me feel very comfortable. My hair looks completely natural and I am constantly receiving compliments on how good it looks. I am so happy with the wonderful experience and results I’ve gotten with HRS.

They are rude. The place is dirty and you may or may not have privacy during a service. They will charm you until you sit down and talk with them. They'll have an order form rearing in your face, although they leared you in to just "talk" and see what they have on the shelf. They will say they will give you a call back or email and do not. One of the specialist I spoke to could care less about the price another specialist quoted, even though it was in my file. The owner or head manager was the same. They brushed it off as, "she's fired and should have never quoted you that". I had an appointment...waited for almost 15 min. and the specialist didn't say, "sorry to keep you waiting.., etc." I left a voice msg - specialist did not call me back. Although the girls at the front desk seem nice, the place seems very money-hungry and inconsiderate. I bought a hair system somewhere else.

I found the two negative reviews very inaccurate - the staff is very friendly and helpful. answered all questions and I felt very comfortable with each one.
