Guaco Joes took over the southwest style La Paz restaurant about a year or so ago, and I was glad to see they kept a lot of fan favorites on the menu, such as the “Chicken and Spinach Suiza Enchilada” and often hard to find calabacita veggie dish. They have a good margarita menu—lots of choices as well non-alcoholic Agua Frescas (fruity mocktails). Guaco Joes is great for families—the kids menu comes as a coloring book (not just 1 page) so your kids can stay occupied and Ipad-free for the whole meal. Additionally, the kids meals have a nice variety of kid-friendly Mexican favorites, so you can easily sway the little ones away from the ubiquitous chicken nuggets. (They also come with healthy side dishes.) We love Guaco Joes-it’s great for evening family dinners or date night with your significant other.

The food, atmosphere, drinks, and location are all spot on for the best Taco spot in Atlanta! LOVE this place. Their late night menu is perfect after a night out when you need to grab some food!
