I just attempted to book a shuttle over the phone, and was told by the employee that she was the only one working and too swamped to help me at the moment. I understand being busy, but your customers also lead busy lives. Try staffing your office more appropriately.

Upon arriving at the airport, the shuttle still had room and refused to accept anymore passengers, DO NOT TAKE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!!!
