I have had a great experience with this company. My nurse Lorraine is very patient and caring. She always talks me into walking up and down the halls in my apartment building for exercise. I hate to exercise, but once I get going I enjoy walking and talking to her. I really don't know what I would do without her. My neighbors even love her. I have had other nurses when Lorraine was unable to work and they've all been great. I don't usually write reviews but I have worked with other companies similar to Granny Nannys and they were pretty horrible. I won't mention any names.

Granny Nannies provides care for my grandfather. One of the things I really like is the communication with the office. This is our 3rd agency and one of the problems we had was either no caregiver would show up or they would send some random caregiver without telling us. Thankfully Granny Nannies is very responsive and has crystal clear communication. His caregiver, Avril is always very professional and punctual. She really goes above and beyond. For example, she knows my grandfather loves Entemann's marble pound cake and we could not find it anywhere. She found it and really made his day when she gave it to him. Great people, great company.
