Are you kidding me! After making an appointment I had to wait 20 min for the groomer who was late to arrive...

I explained what I wanted and what I didn't want out of my Yorkie's haircut. She kept going back and forth making me wonder if she had ever cut a dogs hair before..

Upon arrival to pick up my pup, the man at the desk seemed lost, couldn't find their paperwork and couldn't present me with an itemized receipt. (Later to find out that he over charged me by $20!)

A $45 cut for my 8 lb Yorkie resulted in....when I asked to shave her entire body the shortest it would go, give her a Yorkie face but DO NOT cut the hair on top of her head including her T zone so that I could keep it in a ponytail and out of her eyes..They buzzed the hair around her neck and shoulders leaving the rest of her body UN-cut AND cut her hair on top so it is impossible to get in a ponytail.....NEVER again will I go back to this place. I even brought her back so that they would shave her body..they only went down about 1/8 of an inch...ridiculous.
