The salon gives off a nice visual as you enter. However, the front desk diva's are less than inviting when you enter. The chatter amongst themselves makes you want to scream "HELLOOOO...you have a customer here!" I've never seen them stop the nonsense and smile at clients. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I would like them to remember that Atlanta is full of great talent and they should be glad we chose them. Anyway, the wait to begin the service is tremendously long. By the time you finish playing musical chairs with the assistants and stylists, you just wish you had never started the tedious journey. Tthe staff is unprofessional. Too much talking about nonsense in front of clients. The owners workmanship is sub par. They are putting quanity of quality and it shows. Overall, I do not recommend this salon.
