Provided by YP.comThe people are very nice and friendly, but the turn around on your report is slow. Their prices are not exactly cheap, and I would have chosen someone else had I know the timeing issues on the report. I needed a simply survey for a consruction permit and it took a whole lot longer than it needed too to conplete the work.
I hate to hear that a customer is disappointed with my company. If they had of talked with me I am sure that we could have come to an agreement. If we were late I would have discounted the job or explained why we were so late. In my defense I would like to say that we offer a “guaranteed site plan”. Meaning that if the client does not get a building permit we will make all the revisions for free until we do or I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! For that very reason I will spend the extra time to get it right the first time. It cost me time and money when I have to come back and make revisions, plus added trips to the city or county Bureau of Buildings for you. One other thing I would like to say for anyone who has worked in the Metro area getting a building permit is not a simple thing.
