The service is terrible, they are unorganized, rude and they give you the run around for no reason! The lines are long and nobody in customer service knows what they are doing. I spoke to 3 different people and got a different answer from all of them. If you can get your claim handled in another county, FILE THERE! This facility should be shut down.
