The staff are amazingly friendly. I love that they're all vegan so my childs getting a healthy meal daily. Its by far the best daycare

The outside of the building and the area around it don't look like much, but don't let that fool you. Genesis is fantastic. The Dodahs (the employees are called by a word that means 'Auntie' so the kids don't get in the habit of using first names for adults, or calling anyone else mom or dad) are almost all long-term with low turnover, and are from all over the world. I love that that exposes my son to accents and languages and foods... speaking of which, the food is all vegan! No microwaved chicken nuggets here! My son eats grilled vegetables, curries, and a variety of other good, healthy food. I can't speak well enough about Genesis.

I would give them no stars. There was one lady who did a good job in the infant room. Everyone else seems very detached. My child constantly had diaper rash from not being changed enough and went through 2nd and 3rch changes of clothes daily. I saw a lot of the staff and the director yell at the children, and these are babies! One time I came the staff member was unaware of a huge puddle of juice on the floor and a toddler slipped in front of me. One toddler threw up in their hot cereal and was eating it because the staff member had been yelling at them to finish eating their food and didn't realize there was vomit in it until it was too late. The director says their policy is to keep your kids at home until 48 hours after any fever, sickness and runny nose. My child came down with a fever while she was there and nobody called to inform me. All of the kids looked sickly and had runny noses. They overdo it with the juice and stuff the kids with crackers and other bread products. NO.

Do not bring your child to this daycare!! They do not take care of your child properly while you are gone. I caught them eating while my child was in the swing at 3 months old with a bottle propped in his mouth with a stuffed animal. BEWARE!!!!
