Honest, nice, and professional. I called him after I was approached, called, and written about a serious accident. He told me his opinion and told me what to expect whomever I hired. The experience was as good as you could expect considering what I had to deal with but they did everything from informing me and acting aggressively to get what I thought I deserved.
