On May 27th an insured of Gallagher Bassett backed into my car. This was 4 weeks ago yesterday. Still haven't gotten my car fixed yet. Have had to deal with a jerk out of the Atlanta office, who told me I couldn't use a certain body shop to fix my car, and then have had to get 3 estimates. Had phone conversations from Scottsdale Arizona, to independent appraisers. Also had conversations with Insurance Commissioners office. No phone calls about when to take car in to get repaired. Did I mention my car is a 50th anniversary Corvette? 28,260 miles? Pristine condition u ntil this? They don't even want to give me diminished value. This is my first review. More to come, not here, but all the way to Scottsdale.
