We needed an assessment of some structural issues in the basement and foundation of our home. The engineer, David, helped us to understand the situation better during the inspection and his report clearly detailed the problems and how to fix them. I would recommend and use them again.

I hired them for a Structural Inspection of an older home I was under contract for. The engineer was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently walked through the entire building taking notes and answering my frequent questions. In about a day and a half I got my report and it was thorough in its explanations of his findings and outlined how each condition can be repaired. Due to the report, I was able to get a better price on the home. They offer an excellent service and I'll be working with them to inspect other properties in the future.
