I went to pick up a dinette set the employee wasn't helpful at all and when I had I problem with the set they were very rude and I got hung up on I am so disappointed with the service and the fact that they don't stand behind the products at all.

I am so happy with my experience at Furniture Way Less(Fulton Industrial). The Salesperson surprise me with her British English after knowing where I am from..Overall it is an easy shopping for me and I am definitely going to recommend my friends and family to Furniture Way Less.

to start to be honest i work here but i do my shopping here so is my family and i do recommend friends and so far i don't really see a cheaper price. i do see a few people online selling stuff without a store that able to match our price but if your furniture is bad they wont respond and block your number i wish i could do that sometimes but really at least we are honest people and we are responsible for what we sell.

I bought a Bedroom set the other day, and I love it. The salesgirl Lyn is really helpful and I went back to buy me another chest and vases. I will be back again to get other stuff. I love this place, the nice and friendly people there and they make me always wanna go back there.

Great place to look at furniture, Price is awesome and suitable for people who have tiny budget. Good amount of contemporary furniture to look at and choose from. I enjoy my time and money spending with furniture way less located at fulton industrial blvd. One thing, you have to work with them regarding to the delivery because they do not have fix or estimate time frame..However, overall I have good experience for the delivery and assembly process since I choose my delivery day on my day off.

I was on the phone with my mom at a Walmart talking about getting some furniture the other day and a lady walk to me and tell me that I must go see Lyn at furniture Way Less and she also pull out the address for me. I am glad that I did and the lady was right, Lyn is so easy and nice to work with. Everything went well and I am totally in love with the furniture I got. Thank you!

I learned of Furniture Wayless in March of this year. I visited the store a few times since and fell in love with a few items and of course the prices were nice. After a few additional visits, I finally purchased a chocolate sectional (identical to the one in the picture) along with a few other items in the beginning of April(no financing, PAID IN FULL)

To begin, they stress next day delivery. However, delivery was delayed due to their truck breaking down(which is understandable) and apparently the only delivery truck they had (or so I was told). Having had delayed delivery, a reasonable consumer would except to see they're furniture delivered early the following day. I didn't not receive my furniture until late that day with no apologies for the delay and no offer for discounted delivery, and no type of customer appreciation(although the delivery guys were nice). Although I didn't expect top notch quality for the price, there was a 1-3 yr temporary expectation. Once I received the furniture, a family member and I noticed that the furniture appeared to be defective,with noticeably poor stitching and the pillows appear to have been worn as if the furniture was use. However, my major issues were with the bottom of the sectional where it, again appears to be worn and droopy; also the back of the sectional part where the couch and the chaise parts connect, it looks like the wood is sticking out slightly. I live in an elevated platform so the sectional is the first thing people see coming into my front door and it looks horrible! Given their 3-day warranty/claim period, I reported these issues the very next day! I spoke with Lynn who asked me to send pics to send to the manufacturer, so I did! Since then I have been given the runaround. They have used stall tactics and given nothing but excuses in an effort NOT to address or rectify the issue. I have asked for the manager John Chu several times. My number was taken and he was supposed to call me back, to this day I have never spoken with him and I have been the one to follow up EVERY TIME! It has been several weeks now and there has been no progress, no offer to exchange the sectional and no apologies for my poor customer service experience. I even offered pay the difference on a higher priced sectional. I also went back to the store to reason with the salesperson and informed her that I had intentions on making additional purchases this month but I wanted to get this situation taking care of before I spent another dime. For example, I wanted to buy a chaise that my mother expressed interest in for Mother's Day, I also wanted to replace some chairs to my dining room table, get a few area rugs and some vases for decoration. However, it is clear that customer retention is not a concern of Furniture Wayless or the owner John Chu! Prior to buying the furniture from them I recommended them to a few friends and family members. It's unfortunate that i have never been granted the opportunity to be a satisfied customer and now I am a VERY UNHAPPY FORMER CUSTOMER. I will be taking my business somewhere it may be appreciated and I have advised those interested family members and friends against patronizing this store. "IT COULD TAKE MONTHS TO GAIN A CUSTOMER, BUT ONLY SECONDS TO LOSE ONE"

Furniture Way Less has a better quality and price compare to American Freight. The salesperson at Furniture Way Less explain all the question I have patiently with pretty smile. They have great Business Ethic too. Love them so much and this is the 5th time I purchase from them.

Stay away!!! Cheap furniture!!! If your furniture is flawed, you will be out of luck as they do not stand by their warranty. horrible customer service if anything goes wrong with your furniture.

I have a great experience with Furniture Way Less at 4795 Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta GA 30336. The salesgirl provide excellent information and I was please at the things I bought. I clearly see that they have everything brand new in the box in the storage.
