Provided by YP.comThis company as a whole is the worse! I would not recommend them under any circumstances! You do better not having any insurance. Calling customer service is a joke. And then they get mad when you tell them how crappy they are doing when they ask. Believe the news reports it is ALL TRUE! Who asks you to TEXT a request for a cancellation????? Not fax, not e-mail but text?
