Awful management. Rude.lived there five years, rent never late except once when resigning and automatic payment was off by a hundred bucks. So when my lease ran out, I was fined $1450 for failure to provide notice (other than the lease ending). I had the place professionally cleaned (no deposit returned). My car was towed from the lot at my expense before they just started booting cars. Rent raises 10-15% a year and if you go month to month after five years expect to pay another $300 a month. I had rodent and flooding issues from other apartments, not so much as an apology much less restitution, but truly it’s the management that is horrible. Avoid at all costs, worth paying more in the neighborhood to not live here.

Can't beat the location. And affordable with such a great location. The lofts are great unique spaces. Really liked living here. Despite other reviews, I found management very easy, nice and experienced no problems at all.

as of 2005, the management at ford factory was really bad. unless it has changed since then, i do not recommend. they have some major water leaking problems as well. be very careful and check thorougly before signing anything. some people seem to like it, but it depends on the floor, side of building, etc. just be aware.
