If you go I highly recommend sitting on the back patio, great atmosphere. I love the gumbo, I get it every time I go.

I visited Fontaine's Oyster House for the first time with a new friend.

I valeted my car for free nearby which was very convenient.

We sat outside on the terrace and it was beautiful! Our server was excellent- he was not only attentive and friendly but was extremely helpful as I dove blindly into the wine list.

The west coast raw oysters (Kumamoto) we started with were AMAZING! Perfectly petite and just the right amount of salinity.

We also ordered the lobster roll, shrimp, scallops, and mussels to share. All cooked and seasoned to perfection. Ask for extra bread with the mussels so you can sop up all of the delicious broth!!

Overall, the experience could not have been better. I will be back very, very soon!
