Don't use this service. They will harass your tenents. They will threaten you about not allowing entry to your home even before entry was requested. They will post a threat to evict for not allowing entry the day after you arranged entry for a BPO. They treat the tenents like dirt as if the renter is worthless and without rights. Fannie Mae needs to cancel their contract with FirstService Realty.
