I was serviced by a clerk in the paint department named Mary on 07/12/08 in the Moorestown store. She was rude and did not service me. She took my paint and after i left the counter thinking she was mixing the tint, she walked away and never came back. I returned a few minutes later to retrieve my paint that I thought was ready only to find out she never started. Another clerk by the name ot Tom saved my experience and turned it into a great one. He started the job that Mary left and he stayed with me the entire time. He even made suggestions on other paint tint and colors and tools that i would need. He apologized for Mary's behavior and assured me that he would "take care of me". And that is exactly what he did. My mom and i were very pleased with his personal customer service and we talked about it even as we checked out at the register. Thank you Tommy for all of your help!!

Joe and his crew were very knowlegable about what I needed and never tried to push any painting that wasn't necessary and worked with me to accomadate my budget. The painters were very polite and speedy and I even felt comfortable enough to give them a key to my house to come in when I wasn't home. This was by far the best experience I have ever have with any contractor.

The Home Depot Paint crew was fantastic! They all spoke perfect english and really went the extra mile to complete the job perfectly. They even did extra carpentry work which wasn't part of their job. I highly recomend them to anyone interested in having their house painting. They are coming back to do the rest of my house and my neighbors too! Thank you to the HD crew.

No way i would use HD again for any service. Not sure why, but I believe they must really squeeze the painters they send out to jobs. These guys had not incentive to show up on time, let alone do a good job. Two guys were sent for our job. I'm not a painting expert, but I have painted a house before. My teenage son and I could have finished the same job in one week as amatures. These Home Depot "professionals" took 2 weeks !

After a week we complained, but Home Depot did nothing to speed the process up or send a different crew. After 2 weeks I gave up and sent them on their way. I finished the last room myself.

Three weeks later I'm still finding areas I need to touch up myself. The room I painted looks great!

HD needs to rethink whether they should be in the service business. Stick with selling tools.
