NO. NO. NO. Not good. Event planner with very limited ideas. Didn't have the knowledge of negotiating (or timing) necessary to get great deals on events overseas. Hired for a 50th birthday celebration. Very disappointed in the amount of work the birthday girl had to do on the backend to make up for her poor planning. Very, very disappointed. Don't use unless you have money to throw away because you are going to be doing most of the work.
