For a brief period I stopped renting with Enterprise because the competition was doing such a good job with prices but my last experience with the downtown Atlanta office has truly reminded me why I loved and trusted enterprise in the first place. Thank you for the care and attention. Great job!

This experience was all around awful. The workers were on their cellphones texting from the time i walked in. I had to say something for them to acknowledge me. They didn't go over the paper work or have me sign anything. I was told to
get an economy car for my insurance and they still gave me a more expensive sedan car. They were rude and unhelpful and this sucked considering i got into a wreck with injuries the day before.

This was the WORST rental experience ever. We r Enterprise Plus members and have rented from the company weeks and months at a time. Told at Marriott to not have them pick us up cuz will wait forever! Had an email that said with category reservation would get 2 car upgrade. Reserved intermediate and got a filthy cigarette burned corolla. Had a week! Tried repeatedly to reach them before return and phones always busy. Bathroom and office dirty and unacceptable. Drove on freeways and car had zero power. This car agency is NOT what it use to be!!! 10/17-10/23. Susan Boyce

Awful experience! They lie upfront about madeup regulations and charge extra as well without informing you - so you get a completely different quote than what is actually being charged. The customer service is horrible as well! I have been on hold for hours without any resolutions to the mistakes they made and haven't received any apologies! Their HR department didn't get back to me even after I made several complaints. I will never use Enterprise again and advise others the same as well. Stay away from this company! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because a review can't be submitted unless you have selected at least one star.

I rent cars quite frequently at this location. I continue to go there because of the professional management and staff that show outstanding customer service. They are always friendly, polite, and caring. Enterprise on Courtland rocks!!!!

I have used this location several times, each time The staff is extremely professional. The only negative for me is going doing rush hour and the location being right in the heart of downtown on Courtland street.

This enterprise location is extremely unorganized. Upon walking in, no one greets you. All of the people behind the counter start walking to the back and hiding, (it seems like so they don't have to take any customers), and they begin to take phone calls which is funny because when you try to call ahead of time, no one is able to answer your call at this location. Anyway when I give all my information to pick up my car, they tell me they ran out of cars. Why in the world would they allow me to book the rental online if they have no cars?! So after waiting about 45 mins they tell me and another guy they are going to take us over to National where they take extra cars. All they had left there were minivans, which had not been cleaned out, and I booked an economy car so why would I want a minivan? Ultimately the experience with this enterprise was absolutely horrible and I will NOT be using them again, and I would not advise even my worse enemy to rent from here.

I reserved a full size and they tried to downsell me to a much smaller car. I stated that I reserved a full size and preffered a full size. They wound up giving me the full size I had reserved. Why try to downsell me if they had the full size all along? Anyway, the car was high milage for a rental (43k miles), was fairly dirty inside, and had an unpleasant odor. Not a great experience. Seemed a little chaotic behind the desk.

Friendly service. Clean car with low miles. Will rent from them again. Plus - they will pick you up or drop off a car if needed.

I had a bad experience with this company. I signed up for the insurance but wasn't not told that the insurance wasn't going to be changed daily. NOTE: DO GET THE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wasn't told that would hear back from corporate about my issue. that wasn't four days ago. I wasn't charged 18.90 a day. I had the vehicle for ten days. Do the math. Terri Byers
