I went to Empire thinking I would get a great service and in a timely manner but was sadly mistaken when my stylist was interrupted by an instructor because she somehow wasn't in dress code. She looked fine to me. I was already in the chair and this stylist was great, but instead I had to go to a student who had just got on the floor and my service ended horribly.
