Stay far, far away!

We could not be more disappointed with John's level of service, or lack thereof as it were.

We contracted John to refinish and paint our front porch. Nearly every day we found ourselves wondering if he might arrive for the day, and whether he might do more than a small piece of the project at a time, even after trying to establish expectations around the work plan.

He disregarded our requests to keep portions of the porch a certain color, painting over metal pieces that could not be reworked.

He discovered several rotted rails, well after he had quoted the work, and noted that while he could not fix them he would have a "buddy" who does woodwork do so as part of the price. This buddy did not appear through the course of the project, and he also did not appear after numerous calls to John to make the introduction. We ended up having to contract a handyman to do the work, and great unexpected and additional course to us.

While the final product was adequate, working with John so not worth the hassle!

I started this job, having a company previous called PRO PAINTERS doing the front porch area. After paying this price they called my company. I had to start over on this job by sanding the deck down to the bare wood, stain it with proper stain with two coats of sealer. I guess three days of drying time is his problem with impatience. Why would you ask my company to paint their handrail picketts if the deck did not turn out. I priced the handrail picketts to paint all four sides which was clearly mention and the metal had paint overspray when the house was built and the rotten wood was rotten. Having taking the lowest price estimate which is common today and the rotten wood. WHICH I DO NOT ESTIMATE A CARPENTERS BID AND HE WAS INQUIRED ABOUT THE JOB BUT HE NEVER responsed.

Beautifully Restored Kitchen!

John brought my boring kitchen cabinets up to date. I had the old dark wood finish, but knew the frame style would still look good if it were just painted, and painted well. Elite recommended this off white color, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Who knows how much I would have paid compared with new kitchen cabinets...
