DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This company apparently has offices in Charlotte as well as Atlanta. I found them via Groupon and upon calling to check if they're available, they told me NOT to buy viaGroupon as 50% of the profit goes to Groupon. They told me to pay them CASH instead. I had to schedule my move on Thursday afternoon by repeatedly calling to confirm with Shawn (apparently the boss). He asked me to text him the details to confirm. He finally confirmed the day of the move via text.

ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE, the movers were supposed to come by at 3:00 PM. I texted Shawn giving him the directions for the truck to enter the premises. He did not return my texts. Instead, 2-3 random guys called me saying they are the "mover" and are running late and on the way over the span of next 1.5 hours. I was SOO confused. Finally someone showed up with a truck at 5:30 PM!!! and the two guys said they were from another company but their boss (Shawn apparently) told to move my stuff. They have some sort of a movers network where they use labors from multiple companies and just send whoever is available. I had hired them for 2 hours with 2 guys and a truck. They were extremely tired and one of them starting cursing and did not do any work. For 1 hour, it was only 1 guy moving everything by himself on a dolly that I provided them!! They did not bring any equipment and were EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT.

After an hour of moving,the other mover labor guy who was doing nothing while moving said he had to leave because of family emergency and some other guy is coming to help. Finally after like 4 hours (around 8 pm), they got done and told me that I have to pay double the quoted price because it took 4 hours of moving time.I had to argue w/ the owner over the phone (he finally picked up the phone now that it was him time to claim money) and had to settle on a price. It was A HELL OF A NIGHTMARE.
They're extremely unprofessional, rude and tardy! Just don't hire them!
