Moved in 02/15/2018 & apt flooded within 2 weeks. Still going to court. No compensation received. Moved out 2 was after move in. ANGRY!!

Not bad when I was lived out there for a year 2014-2015 but I only moved because the rent was going up on a two bedroom, not only that the kids was breaking in my car multiple times.... Other than that the use to be staff were great Desire and Thomas... If they were still there I would have stayed no questions asked!!

Eagles Nest apt is not a bad place to live, they are over priced for the area. I have yet to see rats, maybe that reviewers house was nasty. But they come with cable, they are gated, and we do have mail boxes, the down side is the kids, they are all over the place because their parents don't care. Other than that, they are cool..

WHEN I SAY DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS, PLEASSSSSE BELIEVE ME! PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE TO STAY. FROM DAY ONE WHEN I MOVE IN WHICH WAS IN APRIL NO ONE HAD CABLE, AND NO MAIL BOXES. NOW LET ME SAY THESE APARTMENTS HAVE RATTTTS, THEY ARE INFESTED!!!!!!!!! THERE RENT IS TO HIGH, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY.
