...to the attack/"review" posted, seemingly, by Marcella Bisello. There are important facts she left out, along with several outright lies.

First off, I'm the dad in this story. I'm a loving father, and truly not "the abuser" (as claimed) in this sad story. Shortly after divorcing Bisello with JOINT legal and physical custody of our 8-year old son she took him to Italy and refused to return him to his lifelong home. He did not even speak the language, she isolated him and secreted his location while committing the felony known as "International Parental Kidnapping" (18USC§1204) for 8 months.

Eventually, the Italian Central Authority located my son. They convened a tribunal under the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction, which a ordered his return to the USA. She refused to abide the order, and the Italian police had to enforce it. Bisello abandoned him to stay in Italy.

This was traumatic for my son. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) referred me to Dr. Eidex, who is qualified for these sort of things.

It's true that we started therapy without doing an intake interview with Ms Bisello. It's hard to do intake interviews with international fugitives.

Ms Bisello admits she did not get the private, confidential notes she tried to coerce from the therapist. She also declined several invitations to meet with Dr. Eidex, and admits she never met, interviewed, or even saw her. It seems obvious Bisello is engaged in some pretty wild speculation here; sour grapes and character assassination. How can she claim all these things, was she stalking Dr. Eidex?

She was not paid for the affidavit, nor was it even requested. She wrote it as a mandated reporter, concerned about Bisello's ongoing abuse of my son (which I am not airing publicly, but family violence protective orders were secured against her).

Dr Eidex has provided excellent care for my son. She does not deserve these baseless, shameful attacks.
