I did read the comment given by the other consumer. In this society many people do not value each other and time is rank very low as a sense of value. However, as far as care, concern, and bed-side manner this staff does show great concern. It is a relatively small practice with a large clientele therefore you must weigh your options. Many times there is a delay in receiving service due to the nature of the business, Obstetrics and Gynecology. They are in the business of delivering babies and meeting the health needs of females. Which means many times they cannot tell little babies what time is best to enter this word. Dr. Camille Davis-Williams is one of the best doctors I have come to experience in my adult life. The thing that best impresses me is the time they take with you in the office, and Ms. J. Hull is outstanding! So when considering this practice if time is pressing make another office your choice, but if top quality service is key this is an excellent group of medical professionals.

I rarely find the need to tell people that a business is just very bad, but this is one of those times. The staff are very friendly but the office lacks time management skills in a major way. On each of my 3 visits to the office I waited at least an hour before I was taken to the back to have vitals taken. I find this ridiculous. I was given various reasons as to why but it was usually because they were "waiting for a room." What does this mean? It means that they are overbooking the staff to make more money. When I asked other patients if they have had similar experiences, they ALL said yes. As a matter of fact on my last visit there was a livid woman who said this happens to her every year; she said she would be finding another doctor. I find myself in the same place. In a time when we are charged for not showing up and where some doctors won't see if you are more than 15 minutes late, I believe that the same should be expected of our doctors. If you don't mind sitting in a waiting area for an hour and a half this is the place for you. If you value your time I would seek another OB/GYN.
