I cannot stress how true all of they other reviews for this company are. I have just had the exact same problem. Commercial job, scheduled a 30 ft. dumpster delivery. When I called the day before they couldn't give me an estimated time of delivery but wanted to assure me that "dispatch" would be running all day and they would call me. Guess what? No dumpster at all the next day. Called the following morning and they assured me "dispatch" would get in touch with me in a few minutes. Yeah right. No dispatch, fraudulent company. Called to cancel my order and asked for a cancellation email and they hung up on me. I called the credit card company and put a stop on the payment.

Do you want to be hung up on and told to "email me" when you call with a question? Do you want to sit around waiting for a response to emails that never come? Then when you inform them that you are taking your business elsewhere they suddenly respond to emails promptly in order to call you names and tell you that you are "under contract" and "can't do that" even though there is no contract? Then this is the company for you!

They honestly deserve 0 stars.

Order a dumpster on December 16, 2015 it was never delivered despite of all of the calls asking where it was and when it would be deliver. We had to go with another company becaue the dumpster WAS NEVER DELIVERED. Still as of today, 2/8/2016 we are still fighting for a refund. No person to contact, all we have is an email info@dwaste.com that apparently two people manage, sue and deb, all they reply to our emails is "taken care of", "looked into", "you will get your credit". We have been receiving this email since December!!

They are the most unprofessional company/ person we have ever dealt with. Did I mention that we still haven't gotten our refund?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered a 20 yard container (mind the size) from them on a THURSDAY - Was told that they would deliver before noon. Not only did they not show but we were not contacted about the no show. Called them again Friday, heard the same story "We'll be out there today" Again, no show, no contact. Called AGAIN Monday - was told "they tried to deliver but no one was at the address" they then promised that they would deliver.. but, you guessed it!, no show. We FINALLY got the dumpster delivered Tuesday around 2pm but the dumpster they delivered was a 15!!! Yard container.



Great, so not only do you show up 4 days (not counting weekend) late but you bring the wrong damn product?!



How this person is still in business is beyond me!



STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
