Provided by YP.comDillards at perimeter mall, Atlanta Ga. has the worst customer service, they dont' care about the customer, I bought a 29.00 chanel eye pencil, it had broke off at the top, I tryed to return it, they wanted me to exchange it, all these sales people bullied me, talked terriable to me, the store manager came over was HATEFUL!!!! I was in tears,Dont buy cosmetics in this store they wont return it,
