Originally he was good, listened fairly well, and we had what we needed, although wait times there are always long, the staff barely looks at you, and everything seems to rotate around the staff rather than patients based on response times, in-office manner, etc. Last time I needed my medication refilled the pharmacy had to send the request three times, and even then they did not respond until I called several different days, and the nurse and staff were rude, acted as if they could care less although I was concise and expressed the urgency. This time, the first refill request was sent from my pharmacy on the 15th, and they did not get a response until the 24th stating simply to call the office. The medication needed is not something I can pick, and I have been going without it waiting, and feeling the results. Doctor's offices take care of refill requests within three business days. This took 10 days, and then it was a vague response. They never even bothered to call.
