We just wanted a nice set of wedding bands instead we got to wear our rings, after paying nearly 400 dollars for them, for only a few hours before the bands had deep gouges in them. You expect wear and tear but not within a few hours having done nothing but get married and take pictures. After 3 weeks of trying to get the rings fixed and always being told the same answer.. well gold scratches. They finally replaced the rings with new ones, but before we even got out of the mall they have scratches on them. They have a no refund policy that we didn't know about before buying the rings, so what are we left to do?
