I've been going to this office for about 7 years and overall I am pleased. I will say that during the 3 years I had my braces the orthodontist at the office changed 3 times which resulted in me having them longer because each doctor had different recommendations.

The hygienists are professional and do a great job. I highly recommend confirming pricing prior to service. If you need to have work done that is expensive they are willing to work with you for the payment which is awesome.

Stay AWAY from this place for your orthodontic care!!!!! Your wait will always be 2 or more hours. If you can avoid it find some place different!!!! Your time is not valued ever!

Do not go here even if it's on your insuracne. Pay out of pocket and go to a reputable dentist office.

Beware Being Overcharged. While my experience with the actual dentist and hygenist was good, the ladies at reception who handle billing are extremely rude and attempted to overcharge me and refused to call my insurance while I was there to verify what my costs should be. I called again about billing and was treated very rudely by Dolores. After talking extensively with my insurance, I was overcharged by over $300. If you go here, which I advise against, be very careful to check with your insurance about what you are responsible for paying and make sure everything is correct up front. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare.
