I manage a hotel in College Park. Cab # 7 almost hit me in the back. He starting blowing the horn, cussing and shooting the bird sign at me. It scared me! Day & Night cabs will be taken off hotel list of services.

Great cab service and very friendly staff with nice clean cab I will definitely use them again the price very decent..

Called to request the cab and the lady that answers the phone was very rude. She got mad at me because I couldn't understand what she was saying. It was my first time using this service and I will never use it again . Customer service was very horrible .

I called these idiots at 6:15pm. I was told a can was on its way. I guess because I live adjacent to the ghetto they think they can treat everyone like trash. 45 minutes later no taxi cab. I called back to inquire and he said one would be here in give minutes. Never mind I had somewhere to go. Ten minutes later, still no taxi. I just called back and canceled. I hate depending on other people to take me somewhere. It's so annoying. I can't wait until The Lord blesses me with another car.

HORRIBLE customer service. The taxi driver destroyed 3 of our lights when he backed over them. He damaged our sprinkler head when he drove on the lawn. I called the company and this is what I got: "Ma'am these are just solar lights", "file on your homeowner insurance", "blacks folks always complaining....you dont this from white folks". "We are going to put your address on the no pick up list" and then she hung up.



I dont know who is running this business but i suggest if you want to keep youe property in tact, DO NOT USE THEM.

Worst customer service ever. Not so much the dispatcher but the drivers are very rude and dont care about the customers at all. I called to have a cab pick me up from the store, nobody showed up. I called again to remind them i am still waiting here, told me ten minutes, never showed. Saw a taxi pull up, asked them if they were here for me he said that he "was" here for me, but the people he picked up wanted him to wait for them. So, now it has been an hour and 20 minutes, i call again and the dispatcher says he is trying to find me a cab. I called five star taxi and they came in less than ten minutes. The only reason i gave it two stars is because i like only about two of the drivers.

I ordered a cab to take me to the airport.. I had to call 3 times before it even showed. After the first time that I called, I was put on hold for a while and then told a cab would be at my place in 2 minutes.... Needless to say, it wasn't. The driver ended up being almost 20 minutes late. The only reason this got a 2 star is because the particular driver I got was apologetic and somewhat courteous.... Tho I suspect he was just trying to get back in my good graces for a tip. Use this company as a last option or make sure you order a cab well in advance of the time you have to be somewhere. Best option: don't use.

Do not use! Always late or never show up, rude customer service. Will never use it again!

I was with my young children at the grocery store for a full hour, and the cab never showed. I called three times to check where the cab was and the dispatcher Hung up on me twice. Their is absolutely no customer service at this company, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

The people who run it are ghetto, insensitive, heartless people who run a taxi service. Why? I had paid them for their service a few weeks ago, and the driver (cab number 34) had began harrassing me. When we made it to my destination, he continued being verbally abusive and abrasive as I was trying to get my stuff out of the car. Then, he began standing over me, yelling and cursing at me. He made me feel like a worthless dog kicked around to be scatted off and away. When I called the company to complain, he also called them, too. The dispatcher, in the end tells me, "Shut up, b****!" And all I was worth was to pay my money to get that.
