I've taken several yoga classes and found them to be ok but not relaxing. After the class I felt good but something was missing. Unit I tried Dahn yoga, and I love it. Its got everything for me. When I leave the class I feel ALIVE, it does something more than just make my body feel good, it makes my mind feel so happy. I love it.
