Extremely pleased with this company’s ability to adapt to what is necessary in our children’s education and developmental surroundings. Cyn’s has not only provided me with a wonderful nanny, whom we’ve now had for over 2 years but also the resources needed for my daughters to remain homeschooled by said nanny. Working from home and trying to stay on top of my kid’s school work is a task. With the help of our nanny my daughters are able to get the attention & help they need while excelling in the work. Cyn’s has proven to my family to be reliable and secure. I remember the day I spoke with the owner. This was a shock since you rarely speak to the face of brands these days. She not only explained to me the process of a nanny search, she personally made me feel as though we were long time friends. I then worked with a placement manager whom was just as wonderful and helpful along the way. To say that this company truly cares is an understatement. 2 years later, we have more than want we expected in the very beginning, we have a service that no one can beat as far as value. Thank you so much Cyn and your team.

Giving 5 stars because of great tour and information received by the staff. The place is colorful and bright immediately drawing my daughter’s attention. If my kid is happy I’m happy no doubt.

We are very appreciative of the babysitters and management staff. Without child care both my husband and I can’t work so it’s a relief having this company on hand.

Cyn's Play Place has been amazing to us. We usually book weekends here and there but due to COVID I have been out of work and relying on my husband's income. There is not a doubt in my mind that I can call Cyn and she'll send me a sitter when things get stressful for me. never been disappointed!

I spoke with someone to get more information about services. They were very patient with the many questions I had and understood my expectations. They offered a program that would help me work out childcare as needed. Two thumbs up for professional customer service.
