This workout is an absolute blast and challenging too! Cyc offers beat based spin classes that make you almost* (operative word here) forget about how hard the class is. The playlists are great and the lighting effects (blacklight, lights out, red light etc) make the atmosphere fun/unique. Parking is super easy. Your first time going you may get confused on where exactly the studio is located. It is at Lenox Mall on the lower level (next to Macys) inside the gym the Forum. Pricing is in line with other Atlanta spin studios ($25) but unique to Cyc, shoes are free (vs. $2 or $3 at other studios).
