When my partner and I normally pickup prescriptions from the pharmacy, we are usually helped by Ben, which is normally why we shop at this pharmacy because it is convenient and the staff is normally friendly. However, this past Thanksgiving, 11/27/2014, I was utterly shocked by how rude the tall dark haired manager was. When I tried to pick up my prescription, I noticed a "This register is closed" sign, so I went to the consultation area to see where I could get my medication and in a condescending and snarky tone, he said: "Where it says pickup." In addition, Paula, the young lady who serviced me, wasn't any better. She actually seemed like she hated her job and the customers. While I was standing in line with other products in hand, she shouted: "You know, it will be quicker to go to the front to checkout!" It wasn't what she said but the way it was said. In addition, when ringing up my order, she didn't greet me, smile or even say "Have a good day." It was as if I were an inconvenience.

Worst CVS in Atlanta

I have been to many CVS stores in North Georgia and this one is by far the worst of any. I had a coupon that would not be accepted. I was told the coupon was fake by the store manager. I informed him that I got it from Kodak directly. He said sorry, but it was a fake. I contacted 1800-shop-cvs and told them. They told me the coupon I had was indeed valid and to go back to the store and get refunded. I went back to the above store and once again told my coupon was fake. They didn't scan it or call the number on the coupon, but said we were told that there were no such coupons. I stated that I just called 1800 shop cvs, and they told me to come here and get my money back. Later I was contacted by the district manager and told that their LP guys said all the Kodak coupons were fake, and the one I had was fraudulant. I told him all my previous experiences and phone calls with his headquarters. He said I was incorrect. The next day I received a call from the district manager and told to come back and the coupon was indeed good. Someone from the head office told him that he was incorrect. I never got an apology from him for all my trouble or for him saying that I had a fake coupon. When one's integrity is challenged as it was in my case I was very heated. I have since not stepped foot into another cvs since this happend on Jan 4th. This store has left a sour taste in my mouth. Use at your own risk. I have since found a Rite Aid just down Collier and a Walgreens a little further down Peachtree.
