I lived at concord property. They over charged me 41 dollars.sold me the price of rent a brand new washer and dryer. Ate my food. Stuck there mail in my drawers. Stole our clothes. Stole our mail and wrote in my magazines. Stole all of my credit reports, bank statements,and about receiving my mail. My father had a stroke, and my boyfriend got diagnosed with two cancers.they never refurbished my tub or my stove.my prescription medicines got destroyed because they left us with leak in the air condition. I heard Wayne Williams received children from the apt.the trash chute is a Holocaust trash dumpster. And some one dyed their hair in broad daylight while I was at work.

The Herrington woods apartment have the most incompetent staff ever. They constantly mess up on residents rent payments, they put unfounded notices in your door without doing research. They've made my stay here a living H**L . I can't wait until April '14 to move the heck out of here. Please don't move here. Trust me you will regret it!!!
