Do not use this company if you have a choice.

Issues:-

1. 12 hours to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment

2. Late delivery by 6 days including a Saturday when they agreed 11am, then 2:30pm then 4:00pm and no-showed all day.

3. Could not contact either Dan or Rebecca all day Saturday for an explanation. Called their office number in Chicago and Dan's cell phone multiple times with no call back or texts. Crew were uncontactable all day Saturday.

4. Company office offered to pay for a hotel for a night - stayed in a nearby hotel but Compass Relocation Group did not reimburse us anything.

5. Water damage to boxes on delivery.

Really poor service. No responsibility or accountability. Just emails a few days later apologising for the inconvenience.

Can't stress enough - do not use this company.

I give them zero stars out of 5.
