I was looking for a solid company to manage my rental property. All of the other companies I spoke with were trying to charge me some ridiculous fees. I tried to manage the property on my own at first but it became a hassle and took too much time away from me and my family. The tenant was always late or sometimes didn't pay at all. After sitting down and speaking with one of the associates from Community-Wide, I felt comfortable with their services. I felt like they were not going to treat me a certain way because I only had one property. They made me feel like I was a large company and they were going to make it happen for me. I have moved to California and Community-Wide is still taking care of me. I appreciate everything they have done and really going the extra mile to take care of the "little" people.
