Sarah has made a fantastic contribution. She took over just a few months ago. Love her can do attitude and her passion to get things done by taking ownership of issues and fixing them. She is an asset to CMA!

Our community's on-site CMA administrative assistant, Alicia is first rate!!! She is always friendly, helpful and thorough in her messaging to our residents. We appreciate her support!!

I have no complaints and especially appreciate having Alicia on side in the neighborhood. She is extremely helpful, pleasant and informative.

Since we got Alicia, we have been very happy. She is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous person. Alicia is the model efficiency and keeps up well informed which I appreciate a lot!

We appreciate the weekly updates on what is happening in the community. It is nice to have someone on site 5 days a week to handle the day to day issues.

Since Alicia has taken over the responsibilities as our administrator, the flow of communication has improved tremendously in Academy Park. Alicia provides a great service to our community and is very responsive to the needs of residents. We are not always an easy community to deal with, but she is able to do so with professionalism and patience.

I appreciate all the updates,immediate responses to inquiries from Alicia,follow-ups and community information that Alicia provides us. She has been such an asset to this community in providing overall communication.

Alicia is doing a great job and my rating is based totally on her performance. Her regular informational emails is a great way to keep all homeowners up to date with what is happening in our community. She is pleasant and helpful.

CMA management has been responsive to the needs of the community. Legal group changes were the latest change that should benefit to HOA.

Our current property manager Cathy is fantastic! She is an extremely hard worker, has great experience, is a real joy to work with and her goals are focused on having a high quality and smooth operating community. We are fortunate to have her as our property manager! As long as she is here I am sure CMA will retain their excellent rating from the Board and Community

Always professional and very helpful at Tuscany office. Never once did I feel that i was ignored no matter what the concern was!

Response and interaction has improved dramatically with the addition of Alicia in the office at the Academy Park in Alharetta.Alicia is remarkable in her role as our CMA administrator.

The property manager at Tuscany, Kelly is very professional,responds to questions in a very speedy manner, understands homeowner concerns and is always available to find a solution. To me its like Kelly is a Tuscany homeowner herself, that is how concerned she is with everything Tuscany-related. I cannot imagine the office not being run by her. Kelly is an excellent property manager.

I have never had an unprofessional experience with dealing with CMA. The managers and Admin Staff are top of the line. Thank you so much for all the help!

What management companies sometimes do not realize is that change is not always good for clients. Our residents know and trust Jodi and she handles all situations like a champ! I realize that things change and sometimes we have to let go of "normal" to let others grow. Dan, CMA is very lucky to have Jodi on your team. I can't say enough wonderful things about her! It was recently relayed to me that Jodi would no longer be our rep and we were introduced to our new rep, Tammy. I am sure Tammy is a wonderful rep for CMA. Honestly, I started looking at other management companies until I found out that Tammy would still report to Jodi.

I wish you could just stay home now and eat bon bons! Being a working mom is so challenging. Myself and both my daughters are very familiar with all of that craziness!! But like us, you are amazing and you get things done!!

I am going to miss you when I move. You have been through so much with this building and the people. You are always so professional and personable at the same time. We are very lucky you stayed with us through all of this. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication.

You will love having two little boys! You already know how special they are. I had daughters so it has been such a delight to experience those sweet boys! Take care of yourself and even though they don't know me give them an extra hug from me!
