Matt Lazar has inadequately managed the issues raised within the communities under his leadership. His inability to fully resolve homeowners' issues has resulted in excessive long-term damages to the infrastructure of the building, including peeling floorboards, mold growth, and rotten wood due to flooding.

We bought our condo a few years ago at Madison Square and we decided to rent for 2 years. Last month we sold it and we were super happy with our overall experience mainly because Alisha Salters helped us so much throughout those years. We live abroad and this was an investment property. She was always so helpful and so professional, which made our experience so much better. She was always willing to help and go beyond her daily activities to help us.

Dennis worked it out for me in relation to Stand Up Guys as well to remove the mattress while they are removing other items from the community. I just wanted to publicly thank him for not only emailing me but calling me and scheduling and picking up and setting up a reasonable fee for it all!! Thank You Dennis!

From the first day we signed with Community Management Associates Memrie has been in contact with the Board members on concerns and needs of the community.
Memrie is doing an outstanding job in all areas. We requested assistance with delinquent home owners becoming current and the importance of having pride in your community. Both issues have greatly improved!

It seems that everyone is quick to take time to complain these days but rarely waste their time pointing out things that they think are good. Fortunately I'm not the former. Your firm was retained to take care of our neighborhood a few years ago. Brooke Kearney is our manager. Since she started she made an immediate impact by bringing our neighborhood into compliance with our covenants. Since then she has handled projects, problems, questions and processes that were in need of streamlining. She is absolutely great and I wanted you to know what a phenomenal employee you have. I hope that we are not overly burdensome of her time and it seems that as time goes on we should become less so. I can only imagine how hectic her days are managing numerous properties, however she always has time to handle my priorities and always has a positive attitude. We, as a neighborhood, could not be happier with her.

I wanted to take a quick moment of your time to express my immense satisfaction with the job Meiyen Kennedy is doing for the residence at the Villages of Huntcrest community in Lawrenceville, GA. I've owned my property since 2004 and in the past 11 years there has not been a property manager to communicate or provide valuable information to residents in the manner that Meiyen is managing the property. In addition, I recently made several request for information pertaining to my account and HOA documents, which she thoroughly and quickly addressed. Again, I/the community have never received the support or assistance Meiyen is providing, so I wanted to convey the fantastic job she is doing.

Communication and information is essential to a successful community and I am very thankful and appreciative to finally have a property manager that goes above and beyond to ensure the property owners are informed and receive the support and services desired. Improvements in our community are already evident in the short time she has been managing.

I appreciate the time and effort you make to assure you have the right employees in place for your customers.

Alicia Mathias, our Academy Park representative is extremely friendly and willing to help residents with any issue. She has improved communication to residents in a timely manner and is creative in doing this. Sometimes when information comes from multiple sources the accuracy of the information is compromise but I believe all parties have worked together to improve this issue. I appreciate her dedication to Academy Park and her many hours of service well beyond the hours for which she is paid. Thank you!!!

My experience with CMA over the years has not been a positive one, namely with the community property manager, Amanda Evans. She can be rude, dismissive, unpleasant and overall just a negative person to deal with. The fact that CMA and this property manager has been able to stay in contract with my community/HOA over the past 13 years is extremely sad and unfortunate. They have been able to whittle more money from the property owners in the form of higher fees and new add on assessments, and I simply do not believe they work in the best interest of the community.

Ready for a change, either of the company itself or a new, fresher set of employees with creative ideas and improved business practices, including the respect of their constituents (ie the property owners).

Not sure how you feel but the experience i have had with

Danijela so far is nothing but OUTSTANDING! We had a really bad

experience with our previous Property Management Company, really bad.

Then we switched to CMA and Kate certainly moved it up a notch! In

Danijela we found a perfect partner for our community. i am just not

use to such prompt responses and actions. i guess a company is a good

as the people who represent it and whatever good things i had heard

about CMA are now finally coming out to be true! Thankful for

everything that has been done.
